Born with a foreign name in an American country (America),Dauood Muhammad Naimyar learned the value of assimilating at a very young age. Because of this, he tried his best to not be different but failed at every encounter. Once he embraced his eccentric point of view, he saw the humor all around him. Dauood’s comedic perspective is shaped by the duality of his constant need to fit in, and his relentless desire to be different. His search for being relatable yet controversial has brought audiences joy for nine years--and will probably continue until he finally figures out who he is. Alabama native, Waffle House enthusiast and stand-up comedian Derrick Stroup is not your average slow talking Southerner. With the cadence of an angry auctioneer, he locks people in with his detailed stories and over the top energy. Derrick can be seen at the world-famous Comedy Cellar in New York City along with headlining clubs all across the country.

In 2023, Derrick appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and was named a New Face at JFL Montreal. In 2024, Derrick shot his first special for Comedy Central. Derrick continues to tour alongside national headliners Bert Kreischer, Larry the Cable Guy, John Crist, and Nate Bargatze. Derrick highlighted 2024 by being a featured performer on Nate Bargatze’s Nashville Christmas on CBS.Derrick is currently on his 2025 tour, Mad About Nothing.

LINEUP:

Sarah Harvard (Hulu, NBC, Arab-American Comedy Festival) — a sharp-tongued Moroccan-Japanese comic tackling race, politics, and power structures with fearless wit.

Jad Sleiman is An Arab-american. He is a former journalist and war correspondent turned New York comedian Ft in NY Times. Founder of Bushwich Comedy Club. Jad was fired from his job as a journalist from NPR member station WHYY for his controversial stand-up comedy social Media Clips. he arbitrator ordered on that Sleiman be reinstated in full, his comedy was ruled objectively funny. 

Mohammed Abdelbary — Palestinian journalist and host of Gaza Champions Live, bringing biting satire and big heart to the stage.

Shahier Rahman — a DC favorite known for clever political jabs and championing causes through comedy.

Vida McCahey — journalist, Catfish Comedy founder, and observational comic with a knack for turning awkward social moments into sharp laughs.

Gaza Champions is a mutual aid network that places people in direct contact with families in need of support in Gaza, allowing them to directly fundraise for those hit hardest by the war. The champions are also pen pals with their families in Gaza, learning about their lives and experiences, building morale and helping them to tell their stories.

Catfish comedy is a local comedy production group that was founded in 2021. They put on pop-up comedy shows in Washinton DC and NYC. FT in Frey magazine, DCist, and more

Daniela Mora is a New York based comedian and was named a 2023 New York Comedy Festival "Creator to Watch". She's been featured on Adult Swim, Barstool Sports and aired her stand up on Tubi TV with the taping of 'Jokes on Us: New Voices in Comedy'. Her Hispanic background brings a playful tone to her stand up and online persona.

Bo last name Dacious is a stand-up comedian from the Hampton Roads area of Va, and has a long storied history on stage and on radio. Bo has shared the stage with the likes of Dave Chappelle, Paul Mooney, Cedric the Entertainer, Mike Epps, Sommore , Monique and the list goes on and on. Currently a writer for and has been DL Hughley's opening act for the last 10yrs and was part of his 2018 Netflix special “contrarian”.
Bo is known for quick wit, all races humor and remarkable singing voice. Bo has NO boundaries and is among the most diverse comics working today. Also seen on TV One's Roland Martin show, NBC's stand up for diversity & the PBS network. He was recently heard on The Joe Budden podcast.

Gus Constantellis (he/they) is a gay, first generation Greek-American stand up comedian/writer. His material deals heavily with his large immigrant family, his Greek heritage, raunchy yet relatable dating stories, and his unique perspective on growing up in Brooklyn. He regularly performs at prestigious clubs all over NYC and tours across the country. This year, Gus launched a podcast with co-host Christina Mavronos that has already amassed thousands of listeners and recorded a Comedy Central featuring set. Sarper Güven, a reality TV personality, joined the cast of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way in Season 5, appearing alongside his American partner, Shekinah Garner. If you aren't familiar with Ben Roy, he's been taking comedy audiences by storm since 2004, bringing an unparalleled energy and unique voice to the stage. Often compared to Lewis Black or Bill Hicks due to his passionate, ranting approach, Roy has a style that is definitively his own.

Roy cut his comedic teeth in Denver at the world famous Comedy Works. Leonard Ouzts is one of the most popular and most televised young comedians on the circuit today. Originally hailing from Chesapeke, VA, his work has been featured on every platform from HBO to MTV to Comedy Central. In addition to stand-up, Leonard has established himself as a strong and uniquely savvy actor, with appearances in Netflix’s Emmy Award-winning series “Master of None” and NBC’S “Abbey’s,” as well as feature films "Standing Up and Falling Down" (with Billy Crystal and Ben Schwartz), “Like Father” (with Kelsey Grammar and Kristen Bell), and "Set It Up" (with Lucy Liu).

He also co-starred in the viral “3 Brothers Moving” commercial for Tristate. Leonard was a "New Face” at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal in 2015, and made his Late Night debut on “Conan” in 2016 and received a standing ovation. Sara is awkwardly fierce—a perfect mix of self-deprecation and pure delight, with a dark comedic twist. Lawrence Killebrew first burst onto the comedy scene over a decade ago at the Rascals Comedy Club in Cherry Hill, NJ. Shortly after, he began performing at comedy franchises such as the Laff Factory, Improv, and Rascals comedy clubs located across the United States and entertained young adults at colleges and universities throughout the country. Since then, he has continued his journey from an amateur open-mic performer, to an up-and-coming comic and has become a well-known and respected comedian.

Over the course of his career, he has toured with and opened for comedians such as Katt Williams, Kevin Hart, and Bill Burr. He was the host, creator, and producer of his own monthly comedy show, “Tickle Me Tuesdays”, which ran for six years at the legendary “Laff House” in Philadelphia. In early 2010, Killebrew, along with other comedians, went on tour to Seoul, South Korea to perform for the troops. In addition to comedy, the multitalented comic was a guest jockey on Radio One’s 100.3 The Beat on “Philly Home Jamz” on Sunday nights.

He starred in the hit film Sucka 4 Luv, which won first place in the Atlanta film festival. He made his national television debut when he was selected from a worldwide search of comedians to appear on Comedy Central’s hit TV show, Hart Of The City, created and produced by Kevin Hart and Hart Beat productions. He also starred in the hit TV show, “Family Time” on Bounce TV. Currently, he is the host of the Plastic Cup Boyz tour. He has released two comedy albums, “Comedy Hustle” and “Comedy Hustle Live 2”. “Comedy Hustle” ranked at number one on iTunes in the comedy albums category for four weeks straight.

Along with being a stand-up comedian, Lawrence is also a stand-up guy when it comes to giving back. He has successfully launched a non-profit organization, “Killebrew Kicks”, which gives sneakers to well-deserving students every year. In addition to performing as a regular at many Improvs, Funny Bones and New York comedy clubs, he is also the host of the #ComedyHustle podcast which airs every Monday on all digital outlets. Robby Hoffman is a small ex-Hasidic queer Jewish stand-up comedian, writer, and true original. She can currently be seen as the breakout of Netflix’s Verified, their new selection of next generation stand-up comedians. New York Times comedy critic Jason Zinoman compares her "bulldozing stand-up to Larry David because of her mountain-out-of-a-molehill kvetching, but her hilarious rage over people who complain about interruptions during a conversation makes her sound like a modern lesbian Andrew Dice Clay."

Also a favorite of The Times is her podcast, Too Far, which is described as an "addictive listen." She was named one of Vulture's Top “Comedians to Watch,” one of Comedy Central's “Up Next” comedians, and was on Conan O’Brien’s “Comics to Watch” list. She has performed numerous times at the Montreal Just for Laughs festival and has twice headlined the New York Comedy Festival. She recorded her first one-hour stand up special I’m Nervous in Toronto, available on CraveTV, and can also be seen in History of the World on Hulu. Robby is also a notable TV writer, having written on The Chris Gethard Show (TruTV), Workin' Moms (Netflix), and Baroness Von Sketch Show (IFC). Tommy Brennan is a former Chicago comic currently based in NYC. He was recently named one of Just For Laughs New Faces of 2023 at their premiere festival in Montreal. His standup has been featured on Comedy Central and Don’t Tell Comedy. He is a regular at The Comedy Cellar and tours across the country. During his time getting to work with the late, greatest Louie Anderson, Louie would often describe Tommy's set as "Alriiiiiiight". It's been smooth sailing ever since (lie).

Along with his standup, you may know Tommy from his web series Roommates-In-Law (co-created with fellow comic Tim Smith), which has amassed millions of views online.

Biniam Bizuneh is a comedian, writer, and actor who's written for the hit FXX series DAVE, JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE!, Netflix/A24's THE G WORD, and Syfy’s RESIDENT ALIEN. As a comedian, he’s appeared on Comedy Central’s STAND-UP FEATURING and recently had a stand up set released by Don't Tell Comedy. Sureni Weerasekera is a Sri Lankan-born, San Diego-raised, & New York-based stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. She was recently announced as a performer on 2024 Netflix is a Joke “Introducing…” showcase. She is known for her lighthearted, conversational banter to her ruthless, dark jabs. She has performed at New York Comedy Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest, Desi Comedy Festival, Oakland Comedy Festival, and Silicon Valley Pride Festival. She performed as a "New Face" in the 2023 Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, and was featured in NY Funniest showcase and New York Comedy Festival in 2022. Katie's debut album and special, I'll Do It Myself, was released through Pinch Records in summer of 2023. Ian Fidance is an offbeat yet upbeat New York City comic, actor, and writer originally from Wilmington, Delaware. He can be heard weekly on his podcast “Bein Ian” and has been featured on “This American Life” as well as several other podcasts and shows alike. He can be seen in the latest season of “The Last OG” with Tracy Morgan, as well as “Pause with Sam Jay” on HBO Max. He was also featured on “This Week at the Comedy Cellar” on Comedy Central, was a contributing writer on the last season of Crank Yankers, also on Comedy Central, and has done punch up work on Michelle Obama’s children’s cooking show “Waffles + Mochi” on Netflix. His work has been published alongside Jerry Seinfeld, Bob Odenkirk, Ray Ramano, and Maria Bamford in a book of poems entitled “Eating Salad Drunk: Haiku’s for the Burnout Age by Comedy Greats” available now through Macmillan Publishers. Chico Will began his comedy career in his home city, Washington D.C. Emil Wakim is a stand-up comedian, actor, and writer based in Brooklyn, NY. Emil was born and raised in Chicago before moving to Bloomington, Indiana for college where he began performing stand-up.
